Mr. Brad Schreiber

Mr. Schreiber is a former police officer and graduate of the USD School of Law (1988). He served as a law clerk in the First Judicial Circuit in 1988-1989 and as a law clerk to the South Dakota Supreme Court in 1989-1990 before entering into private practice.

Mr. Schreiber formerly served on the South Dakota State Bar Board of Bar Commissions, is past president of the South Dakota Trial Lawyers Association, a member of the South Dakota Association of Criminal Defense Law, and a member of National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and National College of DUI Defense. Mr. Schreiber has over 20 years of trial experience.

Seven years ago he created and developed a listserv in South Dakota dedicated exclusively to the education and development of trial strategies in criminal law. The listserv was created exclusively for criminal defense lawyers.

Ms. Kristen Barry

Kristen Barry grew up in rural northwest Iowa.  She received her undergraduate education at Minnesota State University, Mankato.  Kristen is a 2010 graduate of the University of South Dakota School of Law.  During law school, Kristen interned for both the South Dakota Attorney General’s Office and the Minnehaha County Public Defender’s Office.

 

Ms. Barry is licensed to practice in South Dakota and the United States District Court for the District of South Dakota.
