Did You Know?

  • You have a constitutional right to remain silent and to talk to a lawyer before you answer any questions from a law enforcement officer.

  • South Dakota law does not require you to perform field sobriety tests when asked by law enforcement.

  • South Dakota law requires you to give blood if you are arrested for DUI/DWI.
